What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, Summit tickets are non-refundable/non-cancelable and not eligible to be used towards future Summit events.

Can I transfer/gift tickets to someone?

Tickets can be transferred until June 9th. Email us at [email protected] if you’d like to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Is there a group discount rate for tickets?

Yes! We are offering the following group discounts:

• 5-10 people: 10% discount for non-member companies; and 15% discount for member companies
• 11+ people: 15% discount for non-member companies; and 20% discount for member companies

Do you offer any other discounts on tickets?

We do! We offer a 40% discount to nonprofit organizations and students with valid IDs. Email us at [email protected] for more information.

What if I lost my tickets/forgot them on the day of the event?

We can look up your ticket at check-in. Please see our event staff at the registration table and make sure to bring your ID.

Where is the event held this year?

We’ll be hosting the 2023 MnSearch Summit at the Saint Paul RiverCentre located at 175 Kellogg Blvd West, St Paul, MN 55102.

Where should I park? How much does parking cost?

There is parking available at the Saint Paul RiverCentre Parking Ramp located directly across the street from Saint Paul RiverCentre and is connected via the skyway system.

There is a $15 per car, per entry fee.

Additionally, there are myriad parking ramps and lots in the downtown area.

What time should I check-in the event the day of?

Registration opens at 12:30 PM on Thursday, June 15, and 7:30 AM on Friday, June 16.

What speakers will be at MnSearch?

We have a phenomenal, diverse lineup of 20+ speakers at this year’s event. Please visit our speakers page to learn more.

Will the MnSearch Summit be recorded?

All Day 2 keynotes and most of Day 2 sessions will be recorded and edited by our team of professional A/V staff.

All 2023 Summit ticket holders will receive the recordings post-event.

Day 1 workshops will not be recorded.

If you cannot attend the Summit and wish to purchase video access, stay tuned to our email newsletter and social accounts for when that access goes on sale.

Q: Will we get a copy of the speaker slides?

We will make the slides available for most speakers when their videos are edited and ready to send. We highly recommend that you reach out to the speakers directly if you’d like immediate access to their slides.
